The Heristo group of companies is strengthening its pet food business operation with the appointment of Christian Schröder as division managing director at Saturn Petcare with effect from 1 November. The division comprises Saturn Petcare, with production plants in Bremen (Germany), Hattem (Netherlands) and Vigo (USA), and the Animonda brand.
In his new role of director, Christian Schröder will be responsible for the future development of the pet food business nationally and internationally within the Heristo Group. He previously chaired the management of Bell Germany as well as having held various managerial and supervisory board positions within the Swiss Bell Food Group.
